Job Strategies for Small Companies
March 9, 2021Learning Disabilities that include Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, dyscalculia are one of the major factors that’s impacting my clients work performance.
Being an L&D professional and a career coach, with expertise in Disabilities related issues, I consider this factor needs to be addressed in our 21st-century workplaces as it causes intense frustrations that lead to other issues including mental health.
I have been thinking of writing about some of the strategies that I use with my clients who are Dyslexic and I found The following article from Google as an excellent resource for individuals who are dyslexic as it is impacting their work and life .
